HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 4 – Mexico’s Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa will travel to Cuba in December, announced a top government official. Espinosa is expected to discuss with Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez plans for a possible visit by President Felipe Calderon to the island, reported IPS.
It was not mentioned whether Espinosa would also meet with either President Raul Castro or his senior advisor Fidel.
