Religious Raise Concerns to Cuban VP

HAVANA TIMES – ??Representatives of the Ecumenical Movement of Cuba raised concerns during a meeting held on Monday with First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel, Granma newspaper reported.

In the headquarters of the Council of Churches of Cuba, attendees spoke to the leading concerns related to issues such as youth, publications, institutional and theological teaching.

For his part, Diaz-Canel elaborated on some of the changes in the economy, and said that “now comes the most difficult part, because it corresponds to eliminating the dual monetary and exchange rate, reform wages and prices, and make state enterprise socialist efficient. ”
During the meeting, both sides highlighted issues such as the defense of sound values ??and the importance of family.
