Spain’s Foreign Minister Plans Visit to Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, Sept. 20 – Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos will visit Cuba before the end of 2009, reported IPS.   Moratinos’ agenda will include talks on President Luis Rodríguez Zapatero’s possible visit to the island.
