Spanish Films & Photo Exhibit in Havana

HAVANA TIMES, May 21 — A showing of films from Spain in the new millennium opened Thursday at the Charles Chaplin Cinema in Havana.  The festival continues through May 31.

Accompanying the festival is a photo exhibition on Spanish actors and actresses by the Mexican photographer Cesar Saldivar.

Besides the capital, the films are being shown simultaneously across the island in Guantánamo, Baracoa, Santiago de Cuba, Holguín, Camaguey, Cienfuegos, Viñales, Nueva Gerona and Sancti Spiritus.
