Spanish FM Wants Dialogue with Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 16 – The policy of dialogue toward Cuba is the only one that works in the European Union’s relations with the island, contrary to blockade and isolation, Spanish Foreign Minister Trinidad Jiménez said in statements before the Spanish Congress of Deputies. Jiménez underlined the importance of “being present in the process of reforms” begun in the Caribbean country, reported IPS.
