Spanish Judge Asks for Extradition of Alleged ETA Member

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 4 — Spanish Supreme Court judge Eloy Velasco asked that European country’s government to begin the procedures for the extradition of Arturo Cubillas, a resident in Cuba, processed in absentia for the crimes of conspiring to commit terrorist homicides and the possession of explosives in collaboration with the ETA terrorist band, reported IPS.
