Tomas Weakens

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 3 — Tropical Storm Tomas weakened and is now a tropical depression, with sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour, the U.S. National Hurricane Center reported. According to the U.S. institution’s forecast, Tomas could pass close to Cuba’s eastern tip this coming weekend, reported IPS.
