HAVANA TIMES, Dec. 17 – The Cuban traditional dissidence is divided and remains alien to the interests of young persons, in addition to being practically unknown by the population, according to the opinion of the last two heads of the U.S. Interests Section in Cuba, Wikileaks dispatches revealed.
