Venceremos Brigade Arrives in Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, July 19 — The 42nd Venecemos Brigade of US citizens has arrived in Cuba to offer their support and challenge the half-century US blockade on the island, reported the ACN Cuban news agency on Tuesday.

The group of 37 members, mostly young people coming to Cuba for the first time, will be doing volunteer work and also get a firsthand look at life on the island.
