Venezuela By Far Cuba’s Top Trade Partner

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 4 — Trade with Venezuela represented 24.9 per cent of Cuba’s foreign commerce, which strengthens it as the island’s first trade partner, Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment Rodrigo Malmierca affirmed. In the last five years the flow of imports and exports between both countries has amounted to more than 17 billion dollars, reported IPS.
