Youth Educated in Cuba Work in Haiti

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 18 –Doctors from 27 countries formed in the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) in Cuba are working side by side with the island’s large medical brigade in caring for the victims of the January 12 earthquake in Haiti, reported IPS. The largest contingent is that of Bolivia, with 59 members.
