Warm with rains on Thursday and Friday

HAVANA TIMES — Rain is expected in western Cuba on Thursday and Friday as a tropical wave passes over the western Caribbean Sea. During the rest of the forecast period an anticyclonic oceanic influence will bring partly cloudy skies.
The wind will blow from an easterly direction, with speeds between 15 and 25 km/h, which may be higher in the afternoon and evening.
High temperatures will range between 30 and 32° C (86 and 90 F) and the lows between 22 and 24° C (72 and 75 F).
The sea surface temperature will be stable at 28° C (82 F).
For the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next five days.

Disturbance 2: 50% Chance of Cyclone Formation in 5 Days: As of 7:00 pm EST Sat Nov 7 2015: An area of cloudiness and showers extending northward from the east-central Caribbean Sea across the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico is associated with a surface trough. There are no signs of organization at this time, however some gradual development of this disturbance is possible during the next few days while it moves west-northwestward toward the southereastern and central Bahamas. Regardless o development locally heavy rains are possible over the Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, and the southeastern Bahamas during the next few days.
