Cuba Expands Cienfuegos Oil Refinery

HAVANA TIMES, July 16 – Four new tanks, each with a capacity for 20,000 cubic meters, are being built in the Cienfuegos oil refinery, 230 kilometers east of the Cuban capital, reported IPS.  The investment is fundamental for the projected increase in production at the renovated plant, restored jointly by Cuba and Venezuela.   The goal is to produce 150,000 barrels a day of refined hydrocarbons.
