Cuba Hosts International Congress on Information

HAVANA TIMES, April 19 – The 11th International Congress on Information (INFO 2010) will begin today in the Cuban capital, where specialists from some 20 countries will discuss until next April 23 academics’ free access to materials in digital format, reported IPS.
