HAVANA TIMES, June 16 – We will be under the influence of weak pressure gradients that will be moving toward the east of a high pressure area that on Wednesday, June 15, was in the north-eastern part of the Gulf of Mexico. Over the period we expect partially cloudy days, clouding over in the afternoons as a result of daytime heating.
The maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 30°C (86°F) and 31°C (88°F). The minimum temperatures will be around the 24°C (75°F).
The winds will be from the north-northwest and will rotate until taking an easterly direction on Saturday as they move on Wednesday toward the eastern high pressure area located in the Gulf of Mexico. These winds will end up reaching speeds of up to 25 km/h (16 mph).
The sea surface temperature will be 28°C (82°F).
