Cuba Goes on Summer Time Tonight

HAVANA TIMES, March 31 — Cuban clocks will be moved forward an hour at midnight tonight to begin Summer Time and make optimum use of the solar light to save energy.

The time change is used in more than 50 countries including Mexico, China, Spain, most of the United States and other Latin American and European nations.  Many other countries have yet to decide to implement the  measure.
