HAVANA TIMES — The Pauyet artists/artisans group, one of our country’s most recognized for the consistency and the excellence of their creations, are showing their artwork at the International Crafts Fair (FIART-2012), which opened on Saturday, December 8, at the PabExpo exhibition pavilion in Havana.

The good taste and simplicity of each object make the Pauyet gallery-workshop (located in the town of Moron, in Ciego de Avila Province) a place that’s a must see for those who hope to discover the attributes of true gold and silversmiths; it’s where fantasy is sublimated to the category of art.

The International Handicrafts Fair of Havana will be open until December 23, and there one will be able to appreciate works of art created by the Pauyet group. The lens of our photographer captured some of this for the readers of Havana Times. You can also visit their website.
