Bulgarian Violinist and Cuban Guitarist in Concert

HAVANA TIMES — Bulgarian violinist Mintcho Mintchev and Cuban guitarist Joaquin Clerch will give a concert on the March 4 in the Paula Church, in the historic center of Havana, reported the Prensa Latina news agency.

As part of the selected program, the musicians will perform works by Alfred Schnittke, Arcangelo Corelli, Enrique Granados and Manuel de Falla.

Mintchev is artistic director of the International Summer Festival in Varna and the Emil Chakurov Music Festival in Burgas. Clerch is one of the most talented and award-winning Cuban guitarist and has performed in Amsterdam, Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt, and Madrid.
