Cuba Rebukes US at World Trade Org.

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 23 – Cuba strongly criticized the U.S. blockade and described it as a failed policy during a debate in the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization (WTC) on Section 211 of the U.S. Budget Allotment Act, which has led to litigations between both nations over the possession of trade marks registered in the island, reported IPS.
