Cuba & Russia to Strengthen Cooperation

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 22 — The governments of Cuba and Russia expressed their willingness to strengthen their relations in spheres such as the assimilation of hydrocarbons, the creation of the infrastructure for transportation, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, according to a statements by the Russian Foreign Ministry after a meeting in Moscow between the foreign ministers of both nations, reported IPS.
