Cuba Should Be Off Terrorism List, says Richardson

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 16 – The United States should take Cuba off the list of countries that sponsor terrorism, while the island’s authorities could release contractor Alan Gross, to facilitate the rapprochement between the two nations, former governor of New Mexico Bill Richardson affirmed in statements at the Brookings Institute in Washington, reported IPS.
