Cuba’s Fidel Presents Spoken Memoirs
HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 4 — Fidel Castro presented a two-volume book of spoken memoirs at the Havana Convention Center on Friday.
Titled: “Fidel Castro Ruz: Guerrillero del tiempo”, and covering the period of his childhood, youth and on up to December 1958, the books contain conversations with the writer Katiuska Blanco.
The presentation lasted nearly six hours and the two books were presented by Miguel Barnet, president of the Cuban Writers and Artists Association and Culture Minister Abel Prieto.
