HAVANA TIMES, Aug. 11 — PM Records cultural institution, presided over by Cuban singer-songwriter Pablo Milanés, will carry out next September 4 in the Cuban capital the first edition of the Propositions Festival, an alternative space of respect for human diversity and nature, reported IPS.
