Pablo Milanes Concludes Mexico Tour

HAVANA TIMES, April 4 — Cuban singer Pablo Milanes gave a concert on Tuesday during the 26th Zacatecas Cultural Festival before thousands of people at the Plaza de Armas in the Mexican capital, reported NOTIMEX.

Thin, completely shaven and wearing a scarf, the 69-year-old Cuban sang iconic songs such as “Amame como soy,” “Cuanto gane, cuanto perdí,” “Para vivir,” “No ha sido facil,” “Yo no te pido,” and “La felicidad.”

According to the news note, the concert dispelled any rumors of a possible cancellation of the show following his emergency operation due to an umbilical hernia, which forced him to postpone a tour in Europe last month.
