US Cardinal Visits Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, June 23 — Cardinal Francis George, president of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of the United States, began today a two-day visit to Cuba, during which he will visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Charity of El Cobre in the eastern province of Santiago de Cuba, and he will give a mass in that city, the island’s second most important, reported IPS.
