US Socialist to Speak in Havana about Malcolm X
HAVANA TIMES, April 3 — American socialist Omari Musa will give an address today about Malcolm X at the Eighth International Nicolas Guillen Symposium and Festival of Music and Poetry, which is being held here in Havana until April 6.
According to a Prensa Latina news agency report, Musa is a contributor to the newspaper of the Socialist Workers Party in the U.S.
The conference will be attended by other figures from Honduras, Argentina, Canada, Chile and Cuba – including Dmitri Prieto, who will discuss the political and ethno-racial processes in the Cuban and Haitian Revolutions.
