Rationed Products for Havana Residents (March 10-16)
HAVANA TIMES – We present the list of protein products that can be purchased by Havana residents with their ration booklets during the week of March 10-16. The amounts correspond to the month and are distributed on a rotation basis in the 15 municipalities of the capital.
Habana residents also receive a ration of rice, sugar, a small amount of beans or peas, salt, matches and soap.
CHICKEN (1 lb. for consumers over 14 and medical diets): Complete distribution in San Miguel and Boyeros; distribute in Playa, Cerro and Arroyo Natanjo and Cotorro.
FLAVORED HASH: (½ pound per consumer): Distribute in Centro Habana and La Lisa.
MORTADELLA (½ pound per consumer): Conclude distribution in Arroyo Naranjo and Cotorro; distribute in Diez de Octubre and San Miguel.
GROUND BEEF: (1 lb per consumer under 14): Complete distribution in Habana del Este, and Cerro La Lisa; distribute in Regla, Guanabacoa, Marianao, and start Cattle.
EGGS: (5 for consumer and medical diets as applicable): Complete distribution in Diez de Octubre, distribute in Boyeros, Playa and Marianao.
CHICKEN BY FISH: (11 ounces per consumer and 6 pounds of frozen fish with head and tail for medical diets and special diets for children from 0 to 18): Complete distribution in Habana del Este and distribute in Old Havana, Plaza, Boyeros, and Regla.

that lady at the front hardly looks undernourished
there very resoursefull people im sure they wont starve,just got back did not see anyone starveing away…….was one of thje best holidays we have had so far people are great
