Reduced Housing Plan Nearly Reached
HAVANA TIMES, Dec. 17 – Cuban authorities hope to complete a reduced housing construction plan by the end of the year. At the end of November, 29,703 houses were completed of the programmed 32,000, informed Jose Antonio Farina, head of the Communist Party’s Basic Industry and Construction Department, report IPS.
