Havana Weather for Nov. 28 to Dec. 4
Cool Temperatures and Scant Rainfall in Havana
By Adrian Fuentes
Over the past 24 hours, precipitation has been scarce in the capital, a stability attributed to the influence of migratory high-pressure systems of continental origin, bringing in a cooler, drier, and more stable air mass. This also allowed for a cool night, with minimum temperatures ranging between 20 and 23°C (68 and 73°F), and even lower in interior localities.
In the coming days, the anticyclonic influence will persist, limiting rainfall in Havana. The mornings will start with little cloud cover, becoming partially cloudy by late morning, with increased cloudiness in the afternoon in the interior and southern areas, accompanied by isolated showers and rain. Winds will blow from the northeast to east at speeds of 15 to 30 kilometers per hour. Relative humidity will range from a minimum of 30% to 65%. High temperatures will hover between 26 and 28°C (79 and 82°F), while lows will be between 17 and 22°C (63 and 72°F). Sea surface temperatures will be 26°C (79°F).
In the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico, no tropical cyclonic development is expected within the next 12 to 24 hours.
