High-ranking N. Korean Military Chief in Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 28 — Deputy Marshal Ri Yong Ho, chief of the General Staff of the People’s Army of Korea, arrives Thursday in Cuba, where he will visit military installations and higher level teaching institutions of the island’s army, states a note by the Ministry of the Armed Forces, reported IPS.
