EU Postpones Debate on Cuba
HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 18 – The top foreign policy representatives of the European Union (EU) will not debate the Cuba issue in their next meeting in Brussels, planned for Jan. 31, diplomatic sources in the Belgian capital reported. Both sides maintain contacts at the level of officials, while a meeting between the island’s foreign minister, Bruno Rodríguez, and Catherine Ashton, head of the 27’s foreign policy, is expected, reported IPS.
