Cuba to Host Pan American Engineering Convention

HAVANA TIMES, Jan 17 — Cuba will host the Pan American Engineering Convention from April 9 to 13 at the Havana Convention Center, announced the Prensa Latina news agency today.

With an expected attendance of more than 600 foreign delegates, the gathering will enable exchanges of experiences between professionals.

The conference will include seminars on the environment, earthquake resistant structures, energy and vulnerability to weather-related disasters.
