Cuba Creates Network of Historian’s Offices in Heritage Cities
HAVANA TIMES — A network of Offices of the Historian and the Curator of Heritage Cities was created in Cuba to promote exchanges of experiences relating to urban redevelopment, reported the Gaceta Oficial.
The network will consist of entities operating in Havana, Camaguey, Santiago de Cuba, Cienfuegos, Trinidad and the Valle de los Ingenios, which will be added to those established in the “heritage cities” of Sancti Spiritus, Bayamo, Remedios and Baracoa.
By agreement of the State Council, the new group will be chaired by the Office of the Historian of Havana.
