HAVANA TIMES – Havana is, perhaps, one of the least striking cities when it comes to taking night photos. Poor street lighting and little transportation are the main causes. However, these photos of Mark Stevens overcome these difficulties and make us enjoy a gloomy and even a little mysterious city.
