  • There is no common grounds between Hamas, Fatah and Islamic Jihad, the three main Palestinian resistance groups. Fatah is a secular group whose leaders are known for corruption and ties with the US and Israel. Mahmoud Abbas is against military resistance and is known double agent among both Palestinian and Israeli liberals. Hamas and Islamic Jihad are Islamist resistance groups which believe in peacefull negotiation supported with armed resistance.

During recent 8-day Israeli invasion of Gaza in November 2012 – both Hamas and Islamic Jihad fought Israeli airforce while Fatah did not fire a single shot.

Egypt and Qatar are trying to unite Hamas and Fatah under Mahmoud Abbas to destroy the military resistance from Hamas and Islamic Jihad from within by isolating Palestinian Authority from Iran and Lebanese Hizballah who have been arming both Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
