Cuba accuses Europe & US of Backing Opposition

HAVANA TIMES, March 18 — Cuba accused European and US diplomatic representatives of backing actions by the opposition in the island’s capital, held on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the so-called Black Spring when 75 persons were detained.  The island’s authorities maintain that an international campaign is underway to discredit the country’s work in matters related to human rights, reported IPS.
