  • El cerdo Criollo es un Animal alimentado en Cuba a base de palmiche, cascara de platano, yuca y hasta un pienzo patentado en la escuela del sobrevivir. Para su ceba han hecho una base de melao y la cascara de la canna. Se ha convertido en Plato preferente a lo large ancho de los paladares artesanales de la Isla y los llamados petetes familiares con chispa de tren. Dicese que en cada parto pueden aparecer hasta mas de diez de estas criaturas que vienen muy bien a la Mesa del periodo especial. No hay como Las maromas del Cubano inventando con su verdad y ahora hasta quieren coger Al cerdo para generar la electricidad!

  • Oh Havana I saw you in your splendor and I can believe how the Castros turn you in an indigent.

  • Cerdo asado is Cuban’s celebratory dish. At the fiesta held in our home following marriage, we had a complete roast pig virtually all of which was consumed, but requiring copious volumes of rum and beer to aid the digestion. Cubans can party!
    So thank you Mike Podega for stimulating a happy memory!
