Fidel Attends Closing Session of Cuba Congress

HAVANA TIMES, April 19 — The closing session of the 6^th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) has begun on Tuesday morning with ex president Fidel Castro among those attending.  The session began with a message from Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez supporting the efforts of Cuba’s leaders and the PCC.
