HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 23 —The influence of weak pressure gradients will cause an east to south-east flow of air that will carry warm and humid breezes, making the week on the warm side.

The maximum temperatures in Havana will fluctuate between the 27°C (81°F) and the 30°C (86°F), and the minimum temperatures between 18°C (64 °F) and 21°C (70°F).
