HAVANA TIMES – This forecast period will bring days with abundant clouds, some showers in the afternoons, and some isolated thunderstorms. Winds from the north and northeast will predominate, with speeds between 10 and 20 km/h, slightly higher in the coastal areas.

The maximum temperatures will oscillate between 27 and 29° C (81 and 84 F) and the lows will be between 22 and 23° C (72 and 73 F). The sea surface temperature will remain at 26° C (79 F).

Meteorological conditions

A front is over the northwestern region of Cuba. There are some showers and thunderstorms in much of the West, associated with this frontal system. It will weaken until it disappears. A second cold front will enter the Gulf of Mexico Thursday, reaching the northwestern coast of Cuba on Saturday. At the passing of this front, high pressure will be imposed in the Gulf of Mexico, which will maintain a moderate and fresh flow from the north over a large part of the island.
