Santa Clara, Cuba Combats Dengue Fever

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 11 – The authorities in the central Cuban city of Santa Clara have mobilized more than 4,000 persons to collect rubble and garbage on the banks of the Bélico and Cubanicay rivers, to combat the spread in the city of the Aedes aegypti mosquito, which transmits diseases such as dengue, reported IPS.
