Seven Countries to Participate in Cuba’s ‘Brutalfest’ Rock Festival

HAVANA TIMES — From August 16 to 26, the Cuban Rock Agency will hold its latest edition of “Brutalfest”, the largest gathering devoted to rock music on the island, reports the Prensa Latina news agency.

So far, participation has been confirmed by several bands such as the British group Pariso, the French band Inhumate and Donkey Punch, the Belgian Daggers, the Swiss artists Elizabeth, the US group She’s Still Death, and Costa Rica’s Colemesis.

These groups will share billing with the most popular exponents of rock/metal in the country, including Combat noise, Escape, Switch, Chlover, Tesis de menta, and Tendencia.

The event is being sponsored by the French label Brutal Beatdown Records in coordination with the Cuban Institute of Music and the Swiss association Vrockal Metal Fest.
