US Can’t Force Changes in Cuba, says Carter

HAVANA TIMES, May 3 – The United States can not force Cuba to make changes, affirmed former U.S. President Jimmy Carter in statements to the press in Bolivia. Carter backed the measures decreed so far by President Barack Obama regarding the island, while he also questioned the blockade against the Caribbean country, reported IPS.
