Rationed Products for Havana (Feb. 24 to March 2)
HAVANA TIMES — Here is the list of protein products that Havana residents get this month with their ration booklets. The allotments are monthly and the distribution rotates around the capital’s 15 municipalities.
Havana residents also receive a monthly quota of rice, sugar and a small amount of beans or chick peas,
CHICKEN (1 lb for all consumers and medical diets): Concludes in Marianao, La Lisa, Habana Vieja, and Regla; distribution in San Miguel, Havana and Centro Cerro.
CHICKEN for Ground Beef (1 pound for children): Distribute in Diez de Octubre, Plaza, Cotorro, Guanabacoa, and Arroyo Naranjo.
CHICKEN for Beef on Medical Diets: (1.33 pounds of chicken for a pound of beef, except persons requiring basal formula who will receive their pound of ground beef ): Distribute Diez de Octubre, Plaza, Cotorro, Guanabacoa Arroyo Naranjo.
MORTADELLA: (½ pound per consumer): Conclude in Cotorro and Playa; distribute in Marianao and Arroyo Naranjo.
SEASONED MINCED MEAT (½ pound per consumer): Conclude in Habana del Este and distribute in Guanabacoa.
EGGS (5 for consumer and medical diets as applicable): Conclude distribution in Marianao, Arroyo Naranjo, Cerro, Cotorro; distribute in Regla, Habana Vieja, Centro Habana and San Miguel.
