Cuba FM Meets with European Troika

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 28 – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez held talks Saturday with the European troika, represented by his Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos, European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Assistance Karel De Gucht and Swedish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Frank Belfrage, reported diplomatic sources.  It was the fourth political dialogue meeting between Cuba and the Troika.
