Cuba should make the first gesture, Madeleine Albright

HAVANA TIMES, Dec. 10.- Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright said that Cuba should make the first gesture in the negotiations to lift the blockade imposed by the US in 1962, affirmed Brazilian Minister of Defense Nelson Jobim, who met with the potential advisor to President-elect Barack Obama in Washington. Jobim reportedly responded that “the first move must be made by those that imposed the blockade.”
