Cuban FM to Hold Talks with Chief of EU diplomacy

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 20 — Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez will meet next Wednesday with the chief of the European Union (EU) diplomacy, Catherine Ashton. The meeting will give continuity to the political dialogue begun by both sides in 2008 with the aim of normalizing bilateral relations, reported IPS.
