Moscow and Havana are “in contact” and “working” to clarify the issue of hiring Cubans in both countries to fight for Russia in Ukraine.

They swarm throughout Old Havana, Central Havana, and a good part of the peripheral municipalities of the city. (34 photos)

For Cubans who live on the island, it is difficult to obtain anything. At least for me, it costs twice as much effort.
