Do We Have Freedom in Cuba?

Cuba policy measures announced by the Biden Administration lack creativity (as expected) & have come at the wrong time, politically-speaking.

The new Penal Code punishes with up to 10 years the citizen “who arbitrarily exercises any right or freedom recognized in the Constitution.”
