Iota Advances Dangerously, More Force than Eta

Hurricane Iota will hit the North Caribbean of Nicaragua Monday afternoon, less than two weeks from when Eta hit in the same area.

Today’s featured artist is Taincho y Su Tres Cubano from Cuba with a performance of the song “La Loma del Tamarindo” (2010).

It seems the Cuban government’s war on sweets never ended. Chewing gum was frowned upon, because it supposedly represents the US Way of Life.

When Iota approaches the coasts of Nicaragua and Honduras, on Monday night, it will most likely be a major hurricane.

Tropical storm Iota formed today in the central Caribbean. It is forecast to become a hurricane before it approaches Nicaragua and Honduras.
